ARTSNLA: What inspired you to write ‘Lost in a Daze’? What is the story behind the song?

PRINCETON: ‘Lost In A Daze’ was inspired by the Sunset and the feeling of being dazed and confused at times. I remember cruising in Malibu, feeling lost, but counting on the Sunset to bring my mood up.

ARTSNLA: What does house music mean to you? What inspired you to start making house music?

PRINCETON: House Music means so much to me! My father is a DJ and grew up playing House Music, and my best friends play festivals DJing House Music. Making this music for me feels like home.

ARTSNLA: Do you have a favorite house music artist?

PRINCETON: “Coco & Breezy have been my inspiration on the House Music Tip and OFC.”

ARTSNLA: Which artists have the biggest influence on your musical sound?

PRINCETON: “Michael Jackson’s energy, Prince’s technicality, John Lennon’s creativity, and the visionary minds of Andy Warhol and Charlie Chaplin… Their artistry inspires me to imagine what I could create as a singer-songwriter.”

ARTSNLA: If you could collaborate with one artist, who would it be? Who’s your dream collaboration?

PRINCETON: “My dream collaboration would have to be Pharrell! He’s a visionary producer and architect of music. The way he blends genres, pushes boundaries, and stays ahead of the curve creatively… It’s inspiring to me as an artist.”

ARTSNLA: What are your musical plans for 2025? Can fans expect a new single, or maybe an album?

PRINCETON: “This year’s looking really exciting musically! I’ve got a new EP on the way that I’m super proud of — it’s some of my most personal and creative work yet. And I’m also hitting the road soon to perform on tour dates. I can’t wait! There’s nothing like connecting with fans and bringing my music to life on stage.”

With a new EP on the way and a strong fanbase, PRINCETON is making waves as a superstar on the music and fashion scenes. Stay tuned for more updates about PRINCETON’s upcoming EP.
