On The Voice, Alicia Keys sang Aretha Franklin’s “(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman”. Alicia Keys was joined by her team: Chris Blue, Vanessa Ferguson, and Stephanie Rice. Chris, Vanessa, and Stephanie were featured as season 12’s top 11 singers. This performance showcased each artist’s unique style and technicality. Today, it is #20 on YouTube’s trending list. This video now has 272,439+ YouTube views.
First, Stephanie and Vanessa opened the number with Alicia Keys. They sang while playing the Yamaha pianos. Then, Chris Blue added his soulful vocals from the right side of the stage. He sang with an emotional, subtle energy. During the second chorus, Chris Blue joined the other three artists onstage. They harmonized together while the background lighting changed to different shades of blue. At the end of this song, the lighting changed to a bright white. Team Alicia shined throughout the performance.
