Nagasu’s outstanding skating routine displayed her athletic strength, effortless technicality, and hard work. By landing the historic triple axel, Mirai Nagasu helped Team USA win the bronze medal at this year’s Winter Olympics. Nagasu also achieved the rare, impressive feat of landing a triple axel internationally at the Olympic Games. Nagasu’s skating routine received a total score of 137.53 points, the sum of 73.38 technical points and 64.15 component points. This is truly inspiring.
