BTS is making a splash with “Dynamite”, their latest single. The video for “Dynamite” peaked at #1 on YouTube Trending when it premiered on August 20. Today, this video—which has received over 166M views—is at #7 on YouTube Trending. This light, upbeat song is filled with positivity and joy. BTS also discussed the meaning of their new song on Sirius XM.
“It’s about all the little things that make life truly valuable and special,” RM shared in an interview with SiriusXM. “It’s just about the positive energy and the stars at night, the beautiful things… So we wanted to give a message of hope to all of the ARMYs all over the world.”
The 2020 VMAs show is scheduled to take place on August 30 in the Barclays Center in New York City. Keke Palmer is confirmed as this year’s host, and BTS will perform “Dynamite”. Also, BTS’s “ON” video is nominated in three categories: choreography, K-Pop, and pop video. Stay tuned for updates.
