Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith is returning to theaters today for an exclusive one-week film premiere. This year marks the movie’s twentieth anniversary. Here’s the scoop:
Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith (2005) reveals Anakin Skywalker’s path to the dark side of the Force. After Chancellor Palpatine manipulates Anakin, he convinces him to fight against the Jedi Order. This leads to the iconic lightsaber battle between Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi. Obi-Wan tries to warn Anakin about Chancellor Palpatine. However, this upsets Anakin and escalates the battle.
Fans are anticipating the re-release, including a poster designed by Matt Ferguson. Revenge of the Sith is exclusively premiering in select theaters across America and international territories.
