Bruno Mars is giving back to his hometown by donating 24,000 to Hawaiian residents. This number is inspired by the 24k Magic World Tour. Also, 24k Magic won Record of the Year and Album of the Year at the 60th GRAMMYs. This year, Mars sent a donation to The Salvation Army’s Thanksgiving Dinner Program in the Hawaiian and Pacific Islands Division. Thanks to Mars’ golden donation, many families will receive free meals.
Recently, Bruno Mars earned $320M by performing at 175 concerts during the 24k Magic Tour. Mars sold out three shows at the Hawaii’s Aloha Stadium, breaking the two-day record set by U2 and Michael Jackson. After Bruno Mars wrapped up this tour in Hawaii, he sent this tweet:
