During The Voice‘s season finale, Brynn Cartelli performed with Julia Michaels. Julia co-wrote “Sorry” and “Friends” by Justin Bieber. She also wrote “Fire Starter” for Demi Lovato and “Miss Movin’ On” by Fifth Harmony. In addition, Julia Michaels also writes her music.
Onstage, Brynn and Julia sang “Issues” and “Jump” together. Brynn also sang “Walk My Way”, an original song. Julia Michaels co-wrote “Walk My Way” before the live finale. Brynn Cartelli and Kelly Clarkson sang “Don’t Dream It’s Over” as a duet. Brynn covered Adele’s “Skyfall” and performed live as strings played in the background.

The 2017 Radio Disney Music Awards was aired live on April 30 from Los Angeles’s Microsoft Theater. The 5th annual Radio Disney Music Awards featured a long list of today’s biggest pop superstars. Here’s the scoop:
Sofia Carson, Alex Aiono, Kelsea Ballerini, Jordan Fisher, and Jenna Ortega hosted the 2017 Radio Disney Music Awards. This telecast started with a countdown to the Descendants 2 world premiere. The Disney Channel will air this movie on Friday, July 21 at 8:00pm. This premiere featured the high-energy “Wicked” music video. Today, this video is #19 on YouTube’s trending list. Alessia Cara performed twice during the 5th annual RDMAs. First, she performed the Moana soundtrack entitled “How Far I’ll Go” with Auli’i Cravalho. Their effortless vocal runs shined throughout the song. This performance featured backup dancers and a beautiful sunset ocean backdrop. Jordan Fisher joined them towards the end of the song. He harmonized with Alessia and Auli’i at the end of this performance.
Alessia Cara also performed “Scars to Your Beautiful”, from Know-It-All. After she performed her catchy tune, Radio Disney tweeted this:
“Scars to Your Beautiful” is an empowering self-love anthem. Alessia helps her fans overcome their insecurities and learn to love themselves. She sings these powerful lyrics: “There’s a hope that’s waiting for you in the dark… You’re beautiful just the way you are”. This was a beautiful and moving performance.
Julia Michaels performed “Issues”, her latest hit. Madison Pettis and Peyton Elizabeth Lee introduced her to the stage. They mentioned that she wrote songs for Justin Bieber and Gwen Stefani. Julia Michaels wore a purple outfit, and her backup dancers sported all-black outfits. This upbeat performance featured a backdrop of an outline sketch of a boy and girl with “issues” appearing around it.
Nick Jonas received the Hero Award, which was presented by Jack Black. Before the RDMAs, Demi Lovato showed her support towards Nick Jonas. “Nick, I love you so much. Proud of you. Hope you have an awesome time at the show,” Demi said.
Jack Black introduced Nick Jonas to the stage. He mentioned that Nick Jonas was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. Then, Nick Jonas walked up to the stage with a group of kids who also have the disease. He said that we all have the power to change the world. Also, Nick Jonas encouraged others to raise their voice and make a difference. Nick Jonas was honored to receive the Hero Award. He thanked Radio Disney and Jack Black. Nick thanked his personal heroes: his father, mother, and brothers.
Britney Spears received the first-ever Icon Award. Before this, she was honored with a special tribute. Kelsea Ballerini performed “Oops, I Did It Again…”, Hailee Steinfeld sang “Circus”, and Sofia Carson performed “Baby One More Time”. Sofia Carson also gave Britney Spears a shoutout. She thanked Britney with this tweet:
Jamie Lynn Spears, Britney’s younger sister, presented the first RDMA Icon Award. Jamie introduced Britney to the stage and mentioned that Britney is her favorite pop star of all time. Britney was honored to receive the first-ever Icon Award. She thanked her fans and said they are “the freakin’ best”. Britney also gave a warm shoutout to her two sons.
The 2017 Radio Disney Music Awards was filled with A-list performances. Some of the biggest stars also took home RDMAs trophies. Bruno Mars won the “Best Song That Makes You Smile” award. The iHeartRadio music awards took place on March 5 at the Forum in Inglewood, California. It aired live on TBS, TNT, and truTV. Ryan Seacrest hosted this star-studded telecast. Fifth Harmony, also known as 5H, received the Best Fan Army award. Fifth Harmony is now one of the most popular artists worldwide. “Worth It”, “All in My Head” and “Work from Home” are certified by the RIAA as multi-platinum singles. Fans helped vote for the winner online and on social media. Over 39+ million votes were counted to determine the winner. Fifth Harmony’s Harmonizers were crowned Best Fan Army. Fifth Harmony’s acceptance speech was short and sweet. They thanked their Harmonizers for “bringing so much joy, kindness, and love into our world”. Onstage, Fifth Harmony told the fans to stay tuned for their new music. After Fifth Harmony’s speech, they received a round of applause from the audience.
Also, Fifth Harmony’s rendition of “Ex’s and Oh’s” received the Best Cover award. This means that they won in two categories at the iHeartRadio Music Awards: best cover and best fan army. The girl group tweeted to thank their fans.
Justin Timberlake thanked iHeartRadio on Twitter after receiving the Song of the Year award. “Thank you, THANK YOU@iHeartRadio! First award of the night too!#iHeartAwards#SongOfTheYear”, Timberlake tweeted. At the 2015#iHeartAwards, Timberlake received the Innovator Award.
Justin Timberlake’s “Can’t Stop the Feeling” won the Song of the Year award. Timberlake celebrated this year of music and took a stand against bullying during his acceptance speech. On March 6, 2017, Timberlake’s moving Song of the Year acceptance speech landed the #12 position on YouTube’s trending list. Timberlake mentioned that “Can’t Stop the Feeling” was a song about inclusion and unity. During the speech, Timberlake also thanked Joe Riccitelli for helping him achieve multi-platinum success as a recording artist. The audience cheered to support his message of acknowledging the ideas of individuality and kindness.
TBS Network tweeted to announce that Bruno Mars took home this year’s Innovator award. “The man, the myth, the innovator.@BrunoMarstakes home the Innovator of the Year Award!#iHeartAwards”, they tweeted.
Four-time Grammy winner Bruno Mars is this year’s Innovator Award recipient. Mars joins U2, Justin Timberlake, and Pharrell Williams in the list of iHeartRadio Innovator Award winners. A hard worker, Mars innovates with his authentic style and technicality. Mars is a versatile recording artist, collaborator, producer, and choreographer. “Uptown Funk” is certified as the 13th diamond single in RIAA history. “Just the Way You Are” and “Grenade” are among the list of Mars’ certified multi-platinum singles.
Mars was introduced by Big Sean and lit up the stage while performing a medley of two songs: “Treasure” and “That’s What I Like”. Mars’ Innovator Award acceptance speech was inspiring and sincere. He discussed his humble beginnings and path to fame as a recording artist. Take a look:

First, let’s talk about the New England Patriots. Super Bowl LI is their ninth Super Bowl appearance. Quarterback Tom Brady set a record for most all-time appearances. This year, Brady makes his 7th Super Bowl appearance. With a score of 16-2, the Patriots became AFC champions. The Patriots have won 9 consecutive games. To add, Tom Brady’s all-time score against Atlanta is 4-0.
Second, let’s discuss the Atlanta Falcons. This year marks their second Super Bowl appearance. They have not been featured at the Super Bowl since 1999. The Falcons became NFC champions with a score of 13-5. The Falcons have won 6 consecutive games. Also, they led the NFL scoring (33.8). They also ranked second in yards per game in 2016 by reaching a total amount of 415.8 yards.

In the commercial, Bieber talks about how people celebrate football touchdowns while select cast members demonstrate their dance moves. Then he joins the all-star dance party.

She is on a mission to save the planet. Melissa attempts to protect whales, save trees, and save ice caps. Luckily, the Kia Niro protects her from harm as a smarter crossover vehicle.

Six-time Grammy winner Lady Gaga will headline this year’s Super Bowl halftime show. She sang the national anthem at Super Bowl 50. She talked with FOX anchors Michael Strahan and Curt Menefee about her Super Bowl appearances. Lady Gaga told the anchors that she cried after finding out that she will headline the Super Bowl 51 halftime show.
